The single rooms were a nice size with a good view. the location was perfect, especially being a short walk from the ferry port. - There was a good restaurant, chemist, and supermarket next door.

I was disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the hotel room as this would be standard in most hotels I have stayed in previously. This facility alone would have added greatly to my comfort. The weather during our stay was unseasonably cold and I found the hotel restaurant very cold.

Excellent and easy location in the center of town, minutes away from the ferry port. They serve substantial and wonderful breakfasts with an excellent view, including yogurt and muesli. - the staff are really helpful and competent.

Very comfortable. Superior room overlooking park. Excellent dinner at quite modest price. Easy walking distance to Tenerife ferry.

Rather cool in dining room in evening (external door remained open even though the day had been cloudy and not particularly warm).

Room I stayed in was great for one night. It was clean and had everything I needed like a safe, a work desk, and a TV 🛏️. the breakfast was filling and tasty with a variety of choices including cheese and yogurt🍴.

Particularly good location, only 5 minutes walk from the centre. Substantial and enjoyable breakfasts with brilliant food. Very good service throughout stay.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel. It suits us very well. The staff in particular are very helpful.

Not their fault! The hotel next door (Garajonay) is being completely demolished and rebuilt. A temporary problem, but the work is extremely noisy, officially 08.00 - 18.00 but it can overlap.

I enjoyed having a twin room with a bathtub and a shower.

The hotel is not worth for such money. The services and facilities are poor. We take it as far as it was the only one free for the moment and close to hte ferry.

breakfast room was closed 5' before the official closing time hotel bar closed rather early and staff was rather unfriendly and annoyed by customers.... in general hotel staff looked to be "afraid" and "disturbed" by customers the street view over house ruins was not the best San Sebastian as location is not the best in the island if you stay for more than one days there

Located walking distance between both the ferry terminal and the bus station, so ideal for us arriving from Tenerife in the evening and going on to Valle Gran Rey the next morning. Staff really friendly. Room enormous, very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, tv and sun terrace. Breakfast good for this part of the world - normal Spanish breakfast buffet (bread, toast, jam, croissants, coffee, etc) but also cereal, ham & cheese for the Germans/Brits. Next time would spend more time in San Sebastian and definitely stay there again.
